He worked in Japan as a chef for 12 years, moving to Málaga (Spain) to work as chef in the Japanese restaurant Zenart, after he moves to Valencia to become part of the Tastem Restaurant team, as a head chef; in 2015 he won the Global sushi Challenge Spain as the best sushi-chef, taking him to the world final that was celebrate it in Tokyo, becoming 5th of the world.

In Japan he worked several years in a Spain restaurant, moving to Spain and working in Donzoko Japanese restaurant in Madrid and Zenart Restaurant in Málaga, after this he moved to Valencia to become part of the Tastem Restaurant team as a Head sushi-chef his actual task in the Tastem.

He worked during 17 years in Japan, he moves to Spain to work in a Japanese restaurant in Sevilla call Matsuri, he moves again to Japan and in 2017 he became part of Tastem team to contribute with his experiences and knowledges to our project.
